About OfferDesk
We’re fixing the way offers move through real estate.
OfferDesk turns the 25-page purchase agreement that lands in a listing agent’s inbox into structured, side-by-side data the moment it arrives — so sellers see a clear comparison and agents stop reading contracts cover to cover.
Why we built it
The real estate industry runs on PDFs. A buyer’s agent writes an offer in their state’s preferred form — CAR in California, TREC in Texas, FAR/BAR in Florida, attorney-drafted in New York — emails it across, and the listing agent is suddenly the one parsing 10 to 25 pages of dense legal language. Multiply that by five offers in a busy weekend and the comparison work alone can swallow a full day.
We don’t think the answer is yet another portal that asks every agent in the country to change their workflow. The answer is software that meets agents exactly where they are: a simple link to upload a PDF, an AI pipeline that classifies and extracts the fields that matter, and a dashboard that ranks the offers your seller actually wants to see.
That’s OfferDesk. It’s built for the listing agent who’d rather be on a listing appointment than building another spreadsheet.
What we believe
PDFs aren't going away
Roughly 90 to 95% of US real estate offers are still emailed as PDFs. We don't need to replace the contract — we just need to make it instantly readable.
Listing agents deserve better tools
Top producers spend 20+ hours per transaction on admin. Software should be making the offer review the easiest part of the deal, not the hardest.
AI should sit in the background
We use AI where it actually helps — extracting fields, scoring confidence, surfacing risks — but every high-stakes field is reviewable, sourceable, and yours to verify.
Want to try it?
We’re working with a small group of listing agents to shape the product. If that sounds like you, we’d love to have you on.
